Confirmatory factor analysis of inventory of violence and psychological harassmentat work (IVAPT-PANDO) for Bolivia and Ecuador

The objective of this work was to carry out the confirmatory factor analysis of Inventory of violence and psychological harassment at work «IVAPT-PANDO» in the working population from Bolivia and Ecuador. The sample consisted of 620 workers (311 and 309 respectively for each country) from different services and industry sectors. The results demonstrate internal consistency with relevant validity and high reliability.
