Formação de identidade profissional diante da crise socioambiental global

Antecedentes: Estamos enfrentando uma crise global que ameaça o sustento do planeta. Embora uma série de medidas tenha sido proposta nas últimas décadas para enfrentar esta crise global, os resultados não foram auspiciosos. Estado da arte: Dado o importante papel dos profissionais na sociedade, este documento argumenta que um desenvolvimento sistemático da identidade profissional no treinamento inicial é a chave para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Propõe-se que esta identidade profissional possa ser construída sobre as dimensões (a) integração do conhecimento subjetivo, profissional e científico, (b) criatividade para abordar problemas atuais e futuros, (c) pró-social e (d) ecológica. O objetivo deste documento é apoiar a urgência desta em resposta à crise global e fornecer sugestões para orientar o desenvolvimento sistemático da identidade profissional durante o treinamento inicial, com base nestas dimensões. Conclusões: Com base na literatura científica, argumenta-se a necessidade de treinar sistematicamente a identidade profissional com base nestas dimensões e são fornecidas sugestões.
