Adaptação da Escala de Auto-eficácia de Recusa de Uso de Drogas (DURSE) em adolescentes.

Resumo

Antecedentes: A auto-eficácia é um fator relevante no uso de drogas e há necessidade de instrumentos de medição adaptados para a pesquisa no Peru. A Escala de Auto-Eficácia de Recusa de Uso de Drogas (DURSE; Carpenter, 2006) é um instrumento útil para medir este aspecto em diferentes situações sociais. Objetivo: avaliar as propriedades psicométricas de validade e confiabilidade da subescala de maconha da escala DURSE em alunos de escolas nacionais de Lima. Método: a escala foi traduzida e pilotada com 83 adolescentes. A versão final foi aplicada a uma amostra de 1015 alunos do ensino médio. Resultados: A análise fatorial confirmatória mostrou uma estrutura unifatorial com bom ajuste (CFI = .990; TLI = .986; RMSEA = .057; SRMR = .015) e alta confiabilidade (.98). Analisamos a invariância por sexo do participante, encontrando invariância escalar, mas não invariância métrica. Níveis mais elevados de auto-eficácia foram obtidos naqueles que não tinham usado maconha, não pretendiam experimentá-la e recusavam ofertas de uso. Conclusões: A escala DURSE é um instrumento adequado para medir a auto-eficácia da recusa do uso da maconha em adolescentes em Lima.
