Modelando uma proposta conceitual para analisar as características psicossociais de empreendedores sociais peruanos

Resumo

Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo propor uma abordagem abrangente de cinco dimensões teóricas características dos empreendedores sociais, propor um modelo conceitual que as analise a partir dos construtos macro psicossociais de Crenças e Práticas. Método: Foi desenvolvido um estudo qualitativo, com 16 empreendedores sociais da cidade de Lima (Peru), cujas trajetórias, por meio de uma análise dedutiva temática, foram analisadas e operacionalizadas como crenças e / ou práticas em variáveis ​​psicossociais mais específicas, como valores , atitudes, comportamentos e características. Resultados: a dimensão Apreciação por Práticas Sustentáveis ​​(APS), de natureza atitudinal, acaba sendo o eixo articulador em que as experiências de todos os participantes convergem para concretizar sua visão social, de caráter axiológico, promovendo comportamentos competentes de inovação, redes e retornos financeiros Conclusão: os resultados são discutidos enfatizando a necessidade de aprofundar o estudo da dimensão APS de forma contextualizada aos problemas sociais do Peru.
